THIS IS THE LIVING ROOMAND CONVERTIBLE SLEEPING AREA OF PH3A......The Blue View Condos are two condos that are located on the 9th floor  of the building.  Each Condo, PH3A and PH3B is a separate  unit and since they are side by side they can be used together for larger parties who want to be near one another.  Each condo is fully furnished with a bedroom and bathroom with shower upstairs and a living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower downstairs.  The living room opens by glass sliding doors to a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean.  The living room makes into a sleeping area that has a sofa sleeper and futon to allow up to 4 people to sleep.  Upstairs in PH3A are two queen size beds  and in PH3B there is one king size bed and one double bed.

The Blue View Condos have been  reconditioned and refurnished finishing in January of 2008 and can be enjoyed to refresh your energy and enjoy the beauty of Cancun.  These condos give you more of an ownership experience rather than a big resort type feel.  They are not all inclusive, but they also do not have hundreds of guests sharing the amenities.The kitchen of ph3a

The condos have a desk that is manned 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Check the view from the balcony! This photo shows the beautiful sunsets and  you can sit there too, or bring your hammock and laze in the warming sea breezes.  Listen to fresh ocean waves dancing on the sand below, while sipping your favorite cocktail.  Watch the sun go down, then walk out the front door into a great night spot for dinner and entertainment, or go out the beach side door and cruise along the waters edge.  Below is the kitchen with bar area in PH3A
